I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the overall service was excellent. A special thank you to Sneha at the breakfast restaurant. She is absolutely fantastic—always warm, friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Her excellent service and positive attitude made every breakfast a great experience. Had an amazing stay at ITC Windsor. The staff were excellent from front desk to housekeeping. Ms. Pranati made sure we were settled in on the day of arrival and, during our stay, gave us a tour of the hotel, explaining everything the property has to offer. Mr. Kasi and his team at Dakshin went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary restrictions, customizing dishes to our tastes. The food there is heavenly. Breakfast at The Raj Pavilion was excellent too—a wide variety of dishes and equally warm staff. The housekeeping staff were very kind and attentive throughout our stay, and even left us a lovely gift! Wherever you run into the hotel staff, you're met with a warm, big smile. My family would love to come back for their hospitality. One note: prices at the travel desk are a bit steep, especially for out-of-station packages. That said, the drivers were friendly and made sure we had a great experience the whole time.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to make the occasion special, taking great care with the decorations and helping create memorable celebrations. Stayed in normal and suite room, both are exceptionally maintained. Luxurious property to stay and enjoy their hospitality, the duty manager was just an awesome person well deserving for high quality service. The food was delicious and all the staff were highly professional took care of us. Highly recommend hotel to stay in Bangalore. Must mentioned Shilpa for taking care of us in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Amazing lineups and the service was excellent. One of the best breakfast and dinners I had.

I visited Raj Pavilion yesterday for the breakfast buffet, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. Everything looked fresh and was regularly refilled. The staff members were polite, attentive, and quick to assist whenever needed. MasterChef Mr. Rajkamal Singh Rawat was especially very kind, and he personally prepared dishes according to my preferences. As I am vegan, I was very grateful to him for offering more options, which made the experience even more special and comfortable. I especially loved the fresh juice selection, which included watermelon juice, green juice, apple juice, and more. Freshly squeezed juices were also available and prepared on the spot upon request. One small area for improvement would be the condition of the plates, as some of them had water residue marks. I did not mention this during the buffet, but I thought it would be helpful to share as constructive feedback. Overall, it was a satisfying breakfast experience, and I appreciated the hospitality

A truly timeless experience here. The colonial architecture and lush, quiet gardens make it a beautiful sanctuary in the heart of Bengaluru. The dining - especially Royal Afghan is world-class. The breakfast at Raj pavillion is superb and their 6-8 snacks plus beverages was the highlight. If you’re looking for a sophisticated venue for professional meetings or a luxury stay, this is the place to be.
