We had a truly wonderful stay at the Oberoi Hotel and felt so well cared for throughout our visit. One thoughtful detail we really appreciated was finding a handy carry bag kept inside the wardrobe — we had forgotten to pack one, and this small gesture made things so convenient for us. The pool experience was especially great for families. They had swimming rings and float aids for kids readily available, something we haven’t seen offered so thoughtfully at other places. It made pool time much more fun and stress-free. The hospitality stood out in every way. Even during the breakfast buffet, food was served directly at the table, which made the experience feel relaxed and premium. What impressed us most was how quickly the staff handled requests. They don’t just say “we’ll do it soon” — they act immediately. When our kettle wasn’t working, they promptly sent hot water for us while replacing the kettle right away. What a beautiful property. A green oasis in the busy city. Very courteous staff, clean rooms. Beautiful pool and fish pond that will keep kids engaged. We had to cut our trip short because of a family emergency and the hotel was kind enough to accommodate us without penalty. We really appreciate it and cannot wait to come back.

Visited the Rim Naam restaurant with my family. The taste of the food is spectacular. Service is on point. Very quick and courteous staff. Would definitely say one of the best places for Thai food in Bangalore if not the best. The ambience is perfect too. Prices are on the higher end.

Our recent stay at The Oberoi in Bengaluru was just wonderful. The property is exquisitely maintained and genuinely opulent. The food was tasty, of outstanding quality, and had a wide variety. The entire visit seemed unique and cosy thanks to the staff's exceptional warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness. The view from the pool was lovely and made the stay more relaxing. This is one really great hotel - defined by 4 things: 1. A jaw dropping garden area with a couple banyans that I thought had to be fake (nope) 2. A deeply attentive staff (so much so I almost was annoyed by it — but grew to love their relentless care for every interaction with me. EVERY. I mean the guards at the security gate gave me sincere warm smiles and greetings each time I left for the day. This doesn’t happen by accident — it’s hard work — and they should be made famous for it. 3. Great restaurants — I ate at like 3 out of 4 and even hosted a business dinner for 14 one nite — and they exceeded expectations. I’ll admit the USD is strong at the moment and a similar dinner in NYC would have been 3x the price. 4. Great rooms & balcony. Gotta say the rooms are well appointed and the balcony is fabulous. My bed was perfect — and can’t think of anything really I was left wanting. That’s it!
