Experience: I visited this place with my friends, and the service was a complete disaster. We ordered three to four food items along with a pizza. Unfortunately, the pizza was undercooked. We gave our feedback immediately after the first bite, but the staff did not listen or take any corrective action. Concerns: * Serving undercooked food is not just poor service, it’s a serious health risk. * Ignoring customer feedback shows a lack of responsibility. * Charging for food that was not properly prepared is unacceptable. It’s not about the money — it’s about the quality and safety of the food being served. Customers deserve better care and attention. This experience was very disappointing, and I hope the management takes steps to improve both their food standards and customer service.

Absolutely pathetic experience. We spent around ₹3000 expecting decent food and service, but everything served was a complete disappointment. The pizza tasted stale, the white sauce pasta was undercooked and had a rotten smell, and even the sandwiches were poorly prepared and not fresh at all. Food quality was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. It honestly felt like old ingredients were being used without any care for customers’ health. For the amount charged, this place doesn’t deserve even a single star. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Please improve your food quality and kitchen standards before charging premium prices from customers.

Food is very tasty not very fancy but real taste quality is high but as per quantity price a little bit higher maybe due to high attitude, but I enjoy people are very sweet. We are not staying only did lunch. If you are on the way to leave, you can take staff for the lunch. Overall experience is very good. Happy from everything.
