The staff were warm, courteous, and always ready to help, making us feel truly welcome. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a perfect place to relax after exploring Kathmandu. The food was delicious with good variety, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. A special appreciation to the team for their hospitality and attention to detail. We would happily recommend Hotel Oasis to anyone visiting Kathmandu and would definitely love to stay here again in the future.
Up and Away★★★★★We spent 7 nights at Oasis and everything was perfect. From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious, the beds comfortable, hot showers and great air con. The manager regularly checked in when he saw us and all the staff were happy to be there. We loved going for breakfast each morning as the food was fantastic with a great variety, they knew what we liked and after a couple of days had our coffees ready within moments of entering. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend

Bhuban Pradhan★★★★★My stay in Oasis hotel was really amazing. The room was comfortable with spacious bathrooms and proper amenities. Food was delicious. They have great staff who are always smiling and are very helpful. Also this hotel is conveniently located and Thamel market is very close. Overall I had a very good stay and I highly recommend this place to travellers looking for a good hotel near Thamel.
Anirban Datta-Roy★★★★★The Oasis hotel on Keshar Mahal Marg is the perfect budget hotel in Kathmandu. Located a stone's throw from all the hustle and bustle of Thamel, this hotel has perfected the art of keeping it basic but classy. A few important things to know if you are staying here - 1. Rooms are compact (some would say small) but I thought they were just right with all basic needs. I mean would you really come to Kathmandu and sit inside your hotel room? 2. There is no lift so if you have problems climbing stairs then please ensure you book a room on the first floor only. Now for the good stuff. Location - Just perfect for exploring and walking distance from the Durbar Marg as well as the small lanes of Thamel. There's also a shortcut to the Chhaya Center mall. Food and Beverages: I must mention the coffee. They have some of the best coffee I have ever had and the quiet ground floor cafe is wonderful. The food is also incredibly good and freshly made. If you want to try the local delicacies like sek
manpreet kaur★This hotel is not recommended for families, especially if cleanliness and hygiene are important to you. The housekeeping service is extremely poor. If water accidentally spills on the bed or the bedsheet gets dirty because of children, the staff simply says it will be cleaned or changed the next morning instead of resolving the issue immediately. The hotel also lacks basic housekeeping essentials such as fresh towels, bedsheets, and even mattresses. If you wish to take a second shower during the day, don’t expect fresh towels to be available. Although the food is cooked fresh, the quality of the raw ingredients does not seem fresh at all. I would strongly advise against opting for breakfast or having meals at the hotel. Overall, this property is not suitable for families. Solo travellers with very basic expectations regarding hygiene and cleanliness may still consider it, but I would still recommend avoiding the hotel food completely.
